Refund Policy

If we don’t deliver your goods within 3 weeks from when the order was placed, we will refund your payment in full. This does not apply to pre-orders and unique releases.

You can cancel an order for a full refund within three days of purchase before it gets shipped off ( Provided it hasn’t shipped ). Once an order has been safely & successfully shipped, we do not accept returns due to a change of heart or taste.

Non-refundable purchases: personalized items (e.g., engraved), all pre-sales, special releases, and items of seasonal relevance unless stated otherwise.
